- I am an adult who would like to volunteer with horses, how can I get involved?
- We are always looking for eager hands to help out around the barn. Our most common needs are with daily chores, weekend pony rides, and our children’s group lesson program, Saddle Club.
- To join our volunteer program, please email the office so we can send you our volunteer information packet and schedule orientation. Once you have gone through training, our volunteer coordinator will be in contact to get you on the schedule.
- My child would like to volunteer with the horses, how can they get involved?
- Our age minimum for volunteers is 13, however all volunteers 14 and younger must have a parent/guardian on site at all times. Much of the tasks around the barn are physically demanding and require being able to repeatedly lift 20-50lbs at or above head height, and handle horses independently in a safe, professional manner.

- Do volunteers get riding time?
- While volunteers are not guaranteed any riding time, we do try to schedule lessons for our volunteers on a semi-regular basis, as a way of showing our appreciation for their hard work.
