Looking for something fun and exciting for your children, ages 7-13 years old to do on P.D & P.A Days? Conestogo River Horseback Adventures offers a camp on most P.D & P.A days. Designed like our horse camp format for the days off during the school year. This can be requested for non regulated days such as when the teachers go on strike or private school boards are on a different schedule. Minimum of 5 attendees required.

P.D & P.A day camps are run out of our heated  or fan equipped lounge depending on the temperature. Seating, tables, two full plumbing bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the farms pastures filled horses is home base. Days are organized to give children a well-rounded equine education that includes hands-on horse care, stable activities, as well as an English or Western riding lesson. Campers are put into riding groups depending on friends, riding level, then age where possible. BEGINNERS ARE WELCOME! To complement our schedule of horsemanship and riding lessons, children will be given the opportunity to express themselves creatively through arts & crafts. Our camp counselors also facilitate individual and group games, scavenger hunts, nature hikes weather permitting alike and more.

COST: $85 per day
