TRAIL RIDES

  • Rides can be cancelled up until 24 hours before the reservation without a cancellation fee.
  • We operate rain or shine but not in severe weather (thunder/lightning/blizzard/freezing rain). If you would like to rebook because of the weather we require a minimum of 3 hours notice. 
  • In the event of unexpected inclement weather during the trail our guides will aim to provide a full experience while balancing guest and horse safety. If a ride has been on the trail for more than 20 minutes and needs to return back to the barn for safety, refunds will not be issued. When possible we will offer an alternative horse activity for the remainder of the reservation time.
  • Rides cancelled with less than 3 hours notice are counted as a no-show, and will be charged the full amount of the ride to the card on file.
  • Voicemail is required if there is no answer – if there is no voicemail and you don’t attend your ride, it is considered a no-show and will be charged the full amount of the ride to the card on file.
  • Rides depart at the scheduled time – deposits are non-refundable if you are unable to arrive on-time/early for your reservation

SUMMER CAMP

  • Camp deposits are non-refundable regardless of date of cancellation, but can be applied as credit towards any future activities with us.
  • Camp cancellation and refund requests must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to the first day of camp in order to be eligible for any refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date are non-refundable.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for camp days missed due to extreme weather conditions. Alternative activity plans are in place in the event of inclement weather, and camps will run as scheduled unless notified.

LESSONS

  • If a student has a planned absence, please notify the office at least 24 hours before the lesson. With 24 hours notice or more, we can book a make-up lesson on one of our scheduled dates. 
  • If we have less than 24 hours notice, the absence will be counted as a no-show and a make-up lesson will not be offered. No exceptions.

SADDLE CLUB/ADULT RIDING CLUB

  • Deposits are non-refundable regardless of date of cancellation, but can be applied as credit towards any future activities with us.
  • No credits or make-up lessons will be issued for dates missed
