  • Do you offer gift certificates? 
    • We offer hard copy gift cards for pickup, as well as e-receipts that can be emailed. We accept cash or e-transfer for gift certificates – if opting for e-receipt please include your email address in the memo field as some banks scramble email addresses for security, and we’d like to make sure you get your gift certificate.
  • Are you currently booking birthday parties?
    • We are able to book birthday parties again! We have pony rides available on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-1pm. For information on timing and pricing, please see the Pony & On-property Horse Rides page. We have a picnic area with a fire pit available for rent at $35 per hour, and our indoor lounge is open again for $35 per hour. For details and availability, please call or email.
  • Can waivers be completed ahead of time?
    • Our waivers are available on our website if you would like to fill it out ahead of time, and can be emailed to our office, or brought with you. We also have a QR code waiver that can be filled out on a smartphone upon arrival.
  • I called/emailed and didn’t get a reply right away – did you get my message?
    • The office is staffed on a part time basis, and we are often at the barn or out on the trail. We aim to answer all voicemail within 1 business day, and we will reply to all emails as promptly as possible.
