Looking for something fun and exciting for your children (7-13) to do on P.D & P.A Days?

Conestogo River Horseback Adventures offers a camp on most P.D & P.A days, which are designed like our horse camp. This can also be requested for non-regulated days such as when the teachers go on strike or private school boards that are on a different schedule.

P.D & P.A day camps are run out of our heated or fan equipped lounge depending on the temperature. the location is equipped with seating, tables, two full plumbing bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the farms pastures. The day is organized to give children a well-rounded equine education that includes hands-on horse care, stable activities, as well as an English or Western riding lessons. Campers are put into riding groups depending on friends, riding level, then age where possible. BEGINNERS ARE WELCOME! To complement our schedule of horsemanship and riding lessons.

Children will be given the opportunity to express themselves creatively through arts and crafts. Our camp counsellors also facilitate individual and group games, scavenger hunts, nature hikes and many more.

HOURS: 9AM-4PM

Extend your child’s camp experience with our convenient early and late care options, available for an additional fee of just $10 per option. Secure your child’s spot by booking in advance through our office.

REGISTRATION:

Registration forms will not be processed until deposit has been paid. A deposit with registration form is required. This deposit is non refundable. Invoices will be sent only after the deposit is received.
