- Do you offer gift certificates?
- Gift cards are available in person at our location, online via e-transfer or through our online Fareharbour booking portal. If purchasing through e-transfer, please include your email address in the memo field as some banks scramble email addresses for security, and we’d like to make sure you get your gift certificate.
- Are you currently booking birthday parties?
- Our birthday parties are up and running, and are always a popular option! We have pony rides available on Saturdays and Sundays from 10AM-1PM. For information on timing and pricing, please see the Pony & On-property Horse Rides page. We have a picnic area with a fire pit available for rent at $45 per hour, and our indoor lounge is open again for $45 per hour. The lounge and fire pit can be rented out together for $65 per hour. - Can waivers be completed ahead of time?
- Trail ride confirmation emails have a link to our waiver which can be completed ahead of time. We also have waivers available on our website which can be emailed to our office, or printed off and brought with you. We also have a QR code waiver that can be filled out on a smartphone upon arrival.
- I called/emailed and didn’t get a reply right away – did you get my message?
- The office is staffed on a part time basis, and we are often at the barn or out on the trail. We aim to answer all voicemail within 1 business day, and we will reply to all emails as promptly as possible.
