Conestogo River Horseback Adventures has hosted many successful corporate and personal parties with groups like the Cooperators, RIM, and Economical Group among others. The parties include your choice of activities such as a trail ride, pony ride, wagon ride and room rental. Groups can out source catering for their event.

PRICING:
The sky is the limit for party options! Suggested birthday party times are on Saturday and Sunday before 2 o’clock only.

For the kids, we offer 15 minute ($25.00) and 30 minute ($45.00) rides around the farm property.

Rent out the large lounge room overlooking the arena and/or use our fire pit to cook up some treats!

Fire Pit: $45.00/hour
Lounge: $45.00/hour
Lounge & Fire Pit: $60.00/hour

FACILITY FOR RENT FOR GROUP ACTIVITIES
Bring your birthday party, corporate gathering, business meeting, family reunion, or just a group of friends out to enjoy our arena’s viewing lounge! Rent our 30’x30′ lounge, complete with chairs and tables, washrooms, a fireplace, a kitchenette (sink, counter space, microwave small fridge and power outlets) and a beautiful view of both our indoor arena and our pastures.

You can bring your own food or have your event catered.

Due to garbage restriction changing in the city, all parties are requested to take their garbage home with them.

Please call our office well in advance (we recommend at least 2-3 weeks’ notice for group functions) to make sure the facilities and activities are available on your chosen day! Office hours for inquiries and bookings are from 9AM-5PM. Outside of office hours, this phone number is our emergency line for urgent situations at the barn.
