- When do you offer Mantracker?
- Mantracker is able to run from late April to late October, weather permitting. Because our horses run during the game, if the ground is too slippery/muddy we will reschedule for an alternative date. In July – September we offer Mantracker Monday-Friday, in the shoulder season we can run 7 days a week.
- What ages can participate in Mantracker?
- Mantracker is suitable for ages 7 and up, and is a great activity for all ages
- How long does the game take to play?
- The distance from start to finish is 4km, and typically doesn’t take more than 2 hours to finish. Depending on if the teams play for speed or strategy, the length of time will vary slightly.
- What should participants wear/bring?
- Sturdy shoes and long pants to avoid scratches from bushes. Clothing should be something participants don’t mind potentially getting muddy. Water bottles are welcome, and encouraged during hot weather.
- Where does Mantracker start?
- Mantracker does NOT start at our barn location. The start point is at 1000 Old Scout Place in St Jacobs, and ends at our barn (535 Northfield Drive E). Directions are available on the Mantracker webpage.
- What happens if someone needs to leave their car at the start point?
- We do not provide a shuttle service after the game is over, so if any participants leave their car at the start point, they will need to arrange their own way to pick up their car.
